I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Aledade (Bethesda, MD) in Nov 2019
Interview
Aledade responded to my application within 24 hours of submission. The Talent Acquisition team members were organized, responsive and knowledgeable about the organization and the role. The interview experience provided great insight into the culture of the organization and the talent they attract. I was able to meet with senior leaders and peers through the process and felt very comfortable and welcome as a candidate.

Question 1
Tell me why you are interested in working for a start-up company.
I went through 4 rounds of interviews that all went extremely well. I received positive feedback and communication along the way. Suddenly, I was ghosted and finally I had to reach back out to the recruiter to be told they were going in another direction.

Question 1
The interviews were mostly conversational. One leader who interviewed me was even in the car when we spoke.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aledade
Interview
I did enjoy connecting with the recruiter and multiple leaders. I went through four separate interviews with very positive feedback throughout the process, only to be ghosted for a time and then eventually receive a “thanks, but no thanks” without any other feedback or helpful critiques provided as to why they decided to go in a different direction.

Question 1
The interviews were more conversational than traditional Q&A.
I have interviewed for a lot of Executive Director jobs and while Aledade's work with clinicians is known to be high quality and admirable, their interview process is PAINFULLY drawn out relative to pay/level of job. It was a draining 7 rounds or about 6 hours of (work hour) time over many weeks to get to no thanks.
