I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aledade in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview process consisted of several rounds of phone interviews with different members of the team I would be working with. Each of them was a 1-on-1, and varied from informal conversation to more traditional interview-type questions. It was fairly straightforward, although it ended up taking longer than expected due to COVID-related delays.

Got contacted and set up the interview over the phone it was very brief and good. They were very professional, articulate and kind. They made me understand the role clearly and they answered all my questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aledade in June 2023
Interview
Received extremely positive feedback throughout only to be rejected a week after 5th interview. Basic interview questions. Friendly people. VERY convoluted, dragged, unnecessary interview process that recruiter wasn’t clear on upon initial interview.
