Alert 360 Technical Support Representative interview questions

There were two interviews. The first was with the internal recruiter for CSG. The second was with the head of Technical Support. There was a technical test and then some questions about scheduling. I was initially asked about my resume then my technical background in detail. Then asked about how I felt about what CSG had to offer. I felt that both interviewers were very professional and did not ask anything that I would deem inappropriate.
