Absolutely horrible. Initially someone reached out and asked for availability, then didn't respond till I followed up, got forwarded to another person. Fast forward a month later, the other person said she called and left a voicemail (did not schedule a call beforehand), I didn't receive a call but whatever. I scheduled another time for the call, but unfortunately this time my phone was having issues, which is obviously my fault but I asked if we could reschedule and absolutely no response.
Not sure why such inflexibility and rude behavior is shown to potential candidates, especially after showing them flexibility on my part.
