During my interview, I met with a panel of 3 people. 2 were from Engineering and 1 was from HR. They asked me questions not only about my work experience and education, but more so about my values. This is a very Christian company, but they don't push that belief down anyone's throat. They mostly pride themselves on mutual respect for all people (equal opportunity employer) and want to make sure that my values tie into that.
