Interviewed for the company May 2026 and it was one of the messiest and unprofessional, dirtiest experiences Id ever had. They pulled a total bait and switch on me, which Id never experienced in all my professional life. Not to mention the messy, unprofessional, pretty much nonexistent Talent Acquisition experience. I applied early May, immediately got a rejection email, and then an hour later an invite to interview lol. What? I chalked it up to a weird AI glitch but that should've been a clue of what was to come. Then, HR gives me about a dozen different times and days on when the interview is supposed to be, which is totally confusing. At this point I don't believe this is even a real company. But it is. It's just messy. I have the interview. Two weeks later I get an email with a MANS name on it saying they would like to move forward with the next round. Ummm...I said excuse me who is this, HR says oh that's for you. So they accidentally sent me an email with the wrong name on it. Whatever. I have the panel interview. Everyone seems nice except one person, a guy, who is pretty standoffish, and well, rude. But whatever. I get pass that and chalk it up to that being his personality. Oh, and Im interviewing for Customer Fulfillment Coordinator in Warrington, PA. Keep this in mind. What was a red flag for me was during the panel interview one of the ladies said "well you may find we may offer you a totally different role during the offer process and that may be a fit for you and you let us know if it is or not". So yall just interview people for one role, and then offering them something else in the offering phase cause you know they need a job? That's preying on vulnerable people during an unstable economy when you know people need a job. Gross. I make it pass this round. Final interview was 6/1, make it to this and was told Id be a great fit in Order Entry on the same team which is broken into 4 parts, fine. Alas, I get the offer on 6/4, and it's for $5 less pay, NOT for what I was interviewing for, NOT for what the Director mentioned Id be a fit for as early as Monday when I spoke to her. Just a total bait and switch. I said, what's going on. Why is the pay lower and why am I being offered Quote Specialist, something I have LIMITED experience with, as opposed to the teams I have YEARS of experience with? No explanations. I was told there was no room for negotiation. My offer was rescinded. To me it sounds like they hired who they wanted to fill those other 3 spots and needed a body in QS. What confuses me is when I asked why I didn't get put in Customer Fulfillment (you know, the actual position I applied and had been interviewing for this entire time!) they said I didn't have enough experience. So wtf did you pull my application and continue to move me to the proceeding rounds over the course of a month? This has honestly been the most dirtiest, low down, unprofessional, shadiest interviewing experience Id ever gone through. Im glad this team showed me how toxic they were. Bullet dodged.
