Was first contacted by email. Had a call, then had a few face-face interviews. Very professionally done. Was later offered a job. The HR team is impressive and constantly provided me with feedback.
Applied online and was soon reached out by HR to schedule interview with team and HM. Second round was a case study and third round was with the Lead. After the final interview, I was ghosted by HR. I followed up to ask for updates, but they never responded. Would not recommend.

The usual Alibaba process is 3-4 interviews (including an HR interview). The whole process takes about a month+. You will most likely get asked the same questions by multiple people.
