Alibaba Group Operations Manager interview questions

Applied via LinkedIn, HR called after a week or so for a quick phone interview and scheduled next round with Manager. HR didn't make an introduction to the Manager at all during the interview, nor did the Manager. HR sat next to the Manager throughout the whole interview without intervening, while the Manager asked unprofessional interview questions. I was quite disappointed by the interview format and interviewer, it didn't live up to my expectation for Alibaba.
