It was good. I had 5 total stages: Phone, Home Exam, Technical interview, CTO, and HR. The technical aspect is pretty much what you'd expect - Home exam review, reversing, dynamic & static analysis, past experience, etc. - the only surprise was a unique attack & defense creative brainstorm section that I haven't seen before. The stages were clearly communicated, the process was fast and transparent, and I had the chance to ask questions and get feedback.
