Very nice, somehow quick. The interviewer was nice and friendly. I liked the vibes and the attitude. Very pleasant. It wasn't too short, nor to long. The interview lasted for 45 mins more or less.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Alice (Tel Aviv-Yafo)
Interview
Applied via their employee. It took them one month to get back to me. Passed the HR interview, which was nice and friendly. I received their home assignment. They said it usually takes about 2-3 days for people with full time jobs. I'm a person with a lot of experience in this field and I needed to spend some 20 hours (neto) on this assignment. Ridiculous in my opinion. Particularly because it had tasks in it which basically are intended to generate leads to the company as if I already work for them. It was difficult more because of the big number of questions and subquestions rather than the questions themselves.

Question 1
Please give Activefence 3-4 potential clients we can contact to offer them our services and why.
Thank you for the feedback! I'm sorry it took us so much time to get back to you. This shouldn't happen no matter what and I promise we'll improve.
As to the task, it simulates real-life scenarios and is designed to help us learn as much as possible about your skills and how you think.
We know it's not a simple task. A simple and short task would not give us enough information to be confident offering you a position and know you'll stay with us for a long time.
We are very proud to have an extremely high retention rate for our employees and having 100% alignment on expectations is key for everyone to be set to succeeding together.
Hope that helps and thanks again for your feedback!
