First Round is the English Written Round
Second Round is The Group Discussion
Third Round is The Aptitude nd Behavioural Test
All the Rounds Were Elimination Rounds
And After clearing all the rounds shortlisted candidates were called for the Interview At The Gurgaon Location of Alight.
Interview questions mainly from your resume and they asked puzzles, Sql queries and Testing

Interview process was easy. Interviewer and HR were also good, just 2 Technical and 1 HR round were there. They were good while rescheduling the interviews as I was busy with my current projects.

A long interview process (4-5hours). I interviewed with two people. and then had a panel discussion with what would be future colleagues. Followed by dinner. This process was right out of college. I met with a representative at the college fair and got selected for an interview.
