Did an assessment and wrote about my reasons for wanting to work with the company. It was not bad at all, and I got an offer for the position. Remember to ask about salary because it hard to get promote within the company.

Interview
For remote position there were Two interviews, first one is answering questions while video recording. You are given the option on each question to record your response three times before submitting. Second interview was over the phone.
