Interview
This interview process was the best I’ve participated in. It was all virtual and you do not have to speak with anyone. The interview questions are provided to you and you record an audio message as your response.

Describe a time you have gone above and beyond for a customer.
The interview was simple. After applying, I got an invitation to do a self paced virtual interview. About 2 weeks after that I received an email letting me know that I would be receiving a call about my application. I received the call and was offered the job. The process was pretty simple and quick.

Name a time when you had to prioritize tasks to meet a deadline?
It took a while for the whole process to finish. Background check took almost a month, equipment arrived literally day of training . Very self explanatory it was a series of questions answered verbally or through text. Than received an offer letter 2 months later

Interview
Alight's interview process is fairly simple/easy. If I remember correctly there was a questionnaire portion that had to be submitted first as like a first round interview. Then, if selected, you schedule the video interview. The HR rep that interviewed me was really nice, very relaxed.
