Aliron International, Inc. interview questions

I went in to interview with the Vice President. I understand that he’s busy, but I’ve never had an interview like this before. Within the first 2 minutes, he answered a phone call. I could hear the person on the other end and to be honest, she could have left a message and he could have called back. When he got back, he clearly hadn’t prepared. Most of the time was spent with him going over my cv. He then asked me 3 questions about my past working experience and that was it. I wasn’t given the opportunity to ask any questions. I was told I would hear back at the end of the week and if I had held by breath, I wouldn’t be writing this right now. We don’t always get the job and that’s fine, but I literally felt punched in the gut by that experience. It was so insanely unprofessional and I used to work in recruitment. Where candidates weren’t suitable, partners at my old firm we’re still professional enough to engage the prospect. Needless to say, I’m so glad I didn’t get the job because what would it be like to work there.
