there were three stages of the interview in which 1st stage was aptitude 2nd was Technical and 3rd was HR round. it was great Experience having interviews on aliteprojects,it was tough too.
Fundamental concepts need to be clear related to programming and data structure. Learning attitude is necessary. One should be confident and accurate while answering any interview question. Communication skills are must in order to be more expressive.

Interview
The process was mainly conversational. It was easy to crack as they are friendly by nature and help you understand their requirements. They basically look for the right person who is talented and witty as they also ask some questions related to your work genre which requires witty answers and smart calculations.
