I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AlixPartners (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
Long. 4/5rounds. Intensive. Very high bar throughout, especially on their extensive tests. Tough ish case. Very high standards to get the offer.
Got to final round, but was rejected for a minimal point.
Interviewers are very nice also.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AlixPartners
Interview
I don’t usually write reviews, but after going through the interview process at AlixPartners, I felt it was important to share my experience for the sake of equilibrium. The process started off smoothly with an HR screening, followed by a Director interview, assessments, and a phone interview with a psychologist. While the process was long and efficient, I found several issues that left me with a negative impression. The feedback was generally prompt, but the information provided by different interviewers was inconsistent, which created confusion. The lunch with the team, which was intended to be a more informal interaction, felt more like another evaluation, making the atmosphere uncomfortable and rigid. Furthermore, I didn't feel that the company communicated clearly about the role’s expectations or the team dynamics, leaving me uncertain about whether it would be a good fit. Overall, while the interview process was fast, it lacked the transparency and cultural insight I would expect to make an informed decision.
