Interview
Relatively long and thorough interviewing process due to extremely selective process. In my case I went through 6 rounds of interviews with a good mix of case interviews, and interviews focusing on background, experience and fit with the firm. Exposure to a lot of high calibre and senior people during the interviewing process.
