I applied on the career website and I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview the following week. I interviewed with a VP that was very kind and the interview went very well. They told me that I would be contacted by the HR for the next steps. I waited one week and I did not receive any email\call, so I decided to write an email to the HR. At this point I started suspecting that they forgot/lost my application. Then at 9 pm the HR person that was supposed to contact me decided to schedule an interview the following day at 8.30 am. I accepted, waited 1 hour and the person did not even call me. After this experience I decided that I did not want to work for this company anymore and I will not apply to any other positions in future.

Unfortunately, the interview process was stalled and didn’t resume after the first round nor was I able to reach them after that. The interview itself was difficult and simple revenue growing exercise and assesment
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AlixPartners (Hong Kong)

I interviewed for 13 rounds including a behavioural test and meeting with an in house psychologist.they are very focused on your junior school results but not your interview nor recent achievements

Super positive Erfahrung über den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess hinweg. Super flexibel, schnell, professionell und einfach total angenehm.
Begonnen mit HR-Telefonat, zwei Interviews auf (S)VP-Ebene, telefonisches Persönlichkeitsinterview, Online-Assessment mit kognitivem & Persönlichkeitstest, zwei Abschlussinterviews auf Partnerebene.
