I had to go through quite an extensive interview process—met with around 10 different people, including HR and various team members. Everyone I spoke with was professional and pleasant, and overall, the interview process itself was well-structured.
However, communication after the final round was disappointing. I had my final interview with a senior director, and then I didn’t hear anything for four weeks. Despite following up multiple times, I only received a response saying they had chosen another candidate.
Surprisingly, about a month later, they reached out again to ask if I was still available, as they were reconsidering me for the role. I responded positively and let them know I’d need confirmation soon due to a potential relocation for my current job. Unfortunately, I never heard back—completely ghosted again.
The team seemed great, but the hiring process was exhausting, and the lack of communication was frustrating. It left a negative impression despite the otherwise positive interactions.
