I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at All English International (Ürümqi) in June 2012
Interview
Hiring process was simple. If you are a native English speaker from America and you speak with a standard accent you will probably have no issue getting this job. I applied with no work experience, no diploma (I was graduating later that year), and no teaching certificate of any kind and I was immediately offered a position at the company to arrive immediately. The interview was more of a way to determine whether you could actually speak English well than anything else. Being able to speak Mandarin Chinese will be a big plus as you will be relocating to a city where very few people outside of the company actually speak much English.
