I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at All-Pro Science (Irvine, CA) in June 2013
Interview
Had a phone interview with an employee and passed that initial part. Then had an interview with my boss and the media person. They called and offered me the job that day and said I had to give them an answer by EOD, but I convinced them to give me the weekend to think it over. I accepted on a monday and started that wednesday.

Interview
Played phone tag with contact for about two days. Spoke on the phone for a few minutes and set-up and in-person interview. Very informal -- a couple interruptions during the interview from colleagues popping in to ask questions. Asked standard questions about experience and availability. Interview flowed more conversational; not intimidating. Spoke next day and was offered the job with a low salary. Said she needed a response. I said I needed a few days to think about it. Turned back with she needed an answer by EOD since she would be going on vacation soon and wanted to train. Took a leap of faith and accepted the position.

Question 1
Very informal. Most difficult question was probably just tell me about yourself.
