Java Software Developer Junior Position Interview

      18 Mar 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at All You Need in Feb 2014

      Interview

The interview process is pretty straightforward. 1. Application 2. Initial phone interview 3. Onsite interview I was rejected at phone interview, so not sure about 1:1 interview. On phone interview, first they went through my CV, experience, education, etc. Couple of general questions on web technologies, some important tools, couple of java specific questions. Nothing difficult, just to feel what i know and how i explain it. The sound transmission was bad though, i struggled to hear them and had to ask twice. This was a bit disturbing. I kindly asked them for a feedback, though unfortunately, didn't get any response. That's their right to do so. The overall process was good and didn't take too long.
