Na CV selectie word je uitgenodigd voor online rekenvaardigheidstest. Als deze naar tevredenheid is afgelegd volgt er een gesprek op kantoor, waarbij je ook even naast een trader gaat zitten. In het gesprek is het vooral van belang dat je zelfvertrouwen uitstraalt en weet in wat voor bedrijf je op dat moment zit.

Question 1
Waarom denk je dat je een goede handelaar zou zijn?
First easy online math test, followed by a HR interview. HR manager decided to take lunch at the time when the interview was scheduled, letting me wait alone in an empty room for almost 20 minutes. Few hours after the interview I got an email saying that I could not continue to the technical interview, without giving any feedback. I asked for some clarity, but my response email was ignored. Extremely unprofessional way of working here, this application was a complete waste of my time.
