First impressions are everything! Despite reading mixed perceptions from previous employees, I was excited by this prospect because of the potential to add value where the reviews would indicate it was needed most: putting people first. Sadly, if the recruitment process is any indication of the lack of organization and functional leadership here, it is understandable how quality talent may reconsider their applications in favor of a competitor.

Phone interview followed by in-person interview. Be prepared and know your stuff - expect to describe technology environments you've work and give specific examples of problems you've resolved and how you resolved them.
