Had a call with a recruiter, she asked me mainly about my background and what I was looking for. Explained about the role and asked if it would be things I would be interested in.

Applied on online and was contacted by a member of their HR team. Since they are a small group the process went quickly. I had 3 phone interviews, going up the corporate ladder each time.
