It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Out of the 11 panelists, including the Dean and the Chair, I must say they were truly commendable. Although I didn’t get selected, when I asked for feedback, they responded with openness and inclusivity, offering such insightful guidance that it helped me succeed in my very next interview and secure a position. We need more leaders like John Hood and Rick Rantz.
