Made it to the third round of the interview process.
You'll be called over the phone to see if you're suitable for the role before being officially interviewed.
1. Video call with two recruiters
2. In person: go to a meeting, interview with bosses and cold call a potential candidate
3. Interview with another recruiter.

Interview
There are a few rounds – screening call with a recruiter, 1:1 with a manager, panel interview & then a half-day session in the office. Even though the interviews went smoothly and were quite straightforward – why recruiting, what motivates you, any challenges or feedback that shaped your behaviour etc. The hiring side isn’t the most responsive in providing feedback. Despite the overall positive atmosphere around the interviews and working culture, it did feel like there was some level of hiding.
