I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Allegro (Warsaw, Masovia) in Feb 2021
Interview
First a take home test (~4 hours) about machine learning, which felt very well prepared and was interesting to do. Then a technical interview with some of the team members which involved researching about some topics related to the earlier task beforehand and making a short presentation, as well as discussing about my skills and the company's problems along the way. Then an interview with team leads and HR about working style and related. Then ghosted, or at least haven't yet received an answer.
Overall a very positive experience, the interviewers felt very professional, the take-home test was well prepared, and the subjects were interesting to discuss, but the process takes reeeally long.
