Interview
I agree with the other post here that the open culture Ai2 boasts about does not translate to their recruitment process. The interview process was as follows
1. 30 minute interview with hiring manager
2. 30 minute interview with recruiter/hr
3. Take home assignment
4. 4-5 round in person interview
I did not make it past the hr interview and received no feedback or communication until an automated rejection email three weeks later. Clearer communication and more timely updates would have been appreciated throughout the process.

Hiring Manager round
HR business partner round

4-5 more on-site rounds
Overall, a messy process, I didnt make it past the HR business partner round. They didnt provide any feedback as well. Also, they wont let you know what will be tested in the interview and you'll have to make an enlightened guess on your own.
Thoroughly disappointed in this below par process, I do respect the lofty mission this org has. Dunno what more to say about this horrible experience though.
Will not recommend this to anyone. How I hoped the culture that they boast about was also translated to the recruitment process and were genuinely OPEN about it.
