They wanted to make sure I was aware of the working conditions, long hours, wanted to make sure I had the passion for the job, etc. The interview itself was very laid back but still professional. I was nervous.

Applied online. Email correspondence to set up interview time and then the interview was done remotely over the phone. It took a while to actually set up an interview time, slow reply, but overall went very smoothly.
