Allen Matkins interview questions

The interview process was quite easy. I met with four people, all were welcoming, engaged and seemingly transparent. I received an offer quickly. I was told they saw huge potential for me at the company. I ultimately had to turn the offer down because the company would not allow me to take paid leave before working there for a year (I was 8 weeks pregnant at the time of offer). What really disappointed me was the unwillingness to discuss any possible solutions. It was a straight ‘no’ (not even the assurance that my job would be held if I took unpaid leave) that left me with no choice but to decline.

Very quick and easy. Sent in materials in late December and was invited to interview in mid-to-late January. Had a virtual meeting with 10 different people in 6 or so groups for 20 mins each. Seamless. Note that some interviewers have questions and plans while others are just getting to know you without interview questions.
