Allen Tate interview questions

They asked weird questions that had no connection to the job, and nothing made sense. It felt disorganized, so I declined the offer because it was clearly a waste of my time. I still don’t understand what the purpose was or what they were actually doing.

I met with the BIC on the phone for a short conversation and then had a longer interview in person at their brick-and-mortar location. They gave me a short tour of the facility, I met the other brokers, and the BIC went over the company PowerPoint slideshow. She also gave me a folder of the printed PowerPoint slides and the independent contractor contract for me to review.
