Very unprofessional hiring practices. I interviewed with the company's recruiter who thought I was a good candidate. Then had 3 additional, separate interviews (which all went very well) with members of the management team, some of them on very short notice. I was then told they wanted me to meet with the VP of operations and would send her availability. After that I was ghosted for 3 weeks. I reached out again to ask if they were still considering me and was told they moved forward with another candidate. Almost 3 months and 4 interviews and they left me hanging for weeks. Not impressed.
