I applied to the position. I was contact for a primary interview. I interviewed via Zoom with the Director and Manager of the program, and one additional staff member whom the position would work closely with. I repeated the process for the second interview.

Interview
There were two interviews. During the first one, three staff members from the Alliance asked questions related to my experiences and skills, and told me about their experience working at the Alliance. Then, the second interview included the position's two direct supervisors and a community member the position will work closely with. For this interview, the questions were sent in advance.
