If serious about applying, prepare yourself for an excessively long and drawn-out process where communication is exclusively through HR rather than the hiring manager, who I'm not even sure was even the decision-maker. I sensed a very pie-in-the-sky expectation and was misled about my credibility as a candidate through a 2-plus-month series of online and in-person interviews, work samples, etc. In hindsight, I'm glad an offer wasn't extended.
