The process was pretty long. I had a total of 4 interviews with them. They took weeks between one 1 interview to another one to go back to me. It seems like everything was going great, they knew what I was good at and they also knew my limitations, nevertheless in the last interviews the people who interview me didn't like the fact I didn't have some knowledge which their colleagues already knew about, so they rejected my application. I felt that I wasted my time and effort with them. If having XYZ knowledge so essential for the role I shouldn't have passed the first interview. Also, the person of the project that I would be working on didn't like me asking them about the schedule, the hours/week, etc. She put a really odd face. That really pushed me off as I think we all need to know about all the conditions of the job before accepting. Sometimes these people think that we should just feel really lucky to get a job. Well, they should feel really lucky to get us in the first place as well.
