I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alliants (Buenos Aires) in July 2025
Interview
I went through every stage they proposed, and everything went smoothly. In the end, they made me an offer with working hours that were not compatible with my timezone — but I still accepted.
A couple of days later, they withdrew the offer, saying they hadn’t thought it through.
A complete waste of time and very poorly managed by HR.
I do not recommend applying to this poorly managed company.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Alliants (Southampton, England) in Jan 2021
Interview
Three stages HR rep and Team Lead were gamers, keen to mention after work events and activities which seemed to be an important part of the company culture. Big emphasis on opportunity for technical development based on access to software development teams. The final stage has two people at director/head of department level. The senior was more nonchalant with an "impress-me" demeanor the other one more engaged in the interview but either way the impression I had was that they had probably found their person already.

Question 1
What experience do you have solving technical issues for external clients?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Alliants (Toronto, ON) in May 2023
Interview
Canadians beware! 3-week process that was ridiculous. Had an initial interview with HR, and never heard back despite being assured id hear back within 7 days. When I followed up they said they are just waiting for team members to come back and to hold on, finally messaged me on Linkedin after 3 weeks of saying that my salary expectations were to high for the role. I said in my interview I'm happy to hear your budget but here's what i'd expect based on the role. No option for discussion, or insight on the UK standards in Canada. Bad sign of lack of communication, and collaboration within the company.
Thanks for your interest in Alliants and our PMO Administrator position, we received your application on the 22nd of May. We are a small talent team but still do our best to get back to everyone within 7 days; on this occasion, it has been half term in the UK and much of our staff have been spending time with their families. We are sad to hear you had a frustrating experience and we appreciate the feedback. Wishing you all the best with your job search.
