Overall, all Allianz recruitment processes are incredibly slow and sloppy. You cannot get healthy information from HR. Hiring managers asked out of scope questions they insisted until they hear what they want to hear exactly.

Langwieriger und komplizierter Prozess der sehr ineffizient ist. Ich habe mit vielen verschiedenen Mitarbeitern gesprochen die sich anscheinend nicht untereinander austauschen. Viele Fragen wurden doppelt gestellt, bspw. Gehalt oder Startdatum.
