I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Allianz (Paris) in June 2016
Interview
2 Skype interviews which were made of only competency based questions so you better be prepared with some relevant examples and try to make clear what you did (use the STAR model to answer: Situation, Task, Action, Results).
I was then invited to an assessment center at the headquarters in France. I had to take another 1h interview with an external consultant (again competency based questions). Then I had to prepare a case study with another candidate to make a presentation in front of 5 recruiters and participate in a debate with 4 other candidates.

Question 1
Tell me one time when you had to take risks and what were the outcomes?
Straight forward online application without any assessments followed by an interview conducted by a member of human resources. They were very nice, polite and relatively brief. Overall a positive experience.
