Interview with the hiring manager and another member of staff.
Competency based with series of questions aligned to company values, these are split into 4 different areas.
Very professional and structured with interviewers taking notes as you answer.

Interview
First I had a phone interview, then came into the office for 2 more interviews sitting with 2 managers at a time. The first round interview was with 2 managers - basic behavioral and scenario situation questions. The second round interview was also with managers who asked more difficult questions

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter. Once you get past that, personality online assessment and then 1 on 1 with manager. Easiest interview I've ever had. Left knowing there was a really good chance I was going to get an offer. Recruiter was great to deal with.
