I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allianz (Bristol, England) in Dec 2013
Interview
I was working on secondment for 8 months and had applied for a permanent position. I lost the position to a higher paid person with no software testing experience as he was on a higher grade than me. They obviously knew that from the start, then had to help train the person to do my job. It was not a fair interview process at all. I then had a second interview after another 7 months and gained the position, albeit on low salary due to secondment.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Testing experience mainly. They used an informal format as I knew the interviewers from working in the team for 8 months on secondment.
