1.1 - business case
1.2 - discussion about the team and candidate
2 - HR - for admin purpose only
3 - interview with higher management (formality)

Interview
One call with HR and one video call with two senior leaders (Inc hiring manager). The first HR call was a filtering call with questions about location, salary and logistics. The interview was competency based with a focus on values also.

Interview
HR partner and hiring manager were interviewees. He was ok but I didn't like the attitude of the hiring manager. There was supposed to be a subsequent presentation on a topic of their choice but I didn't pursue this as I was put off by the hiring manager.
