The interview was 12th August 2025 on Tuesday at 9:00am to 12:pm at Allied bakeries. When l arrived l reported to receptionist and Madam Leanne came take us to office and they gave us boot and Mr Dan also took us to factory show us how processing take place in the bakery and after we came back to office for the interview.

The interview/assessment took around 2 hours. I was invited for a site walkthrough. Then answered some questions, based what I’d seen. The interview itself is mainly based on previous experiences. And how we handle them. Both interviewer’s couldn’t have been more accommodating. And put me at ease. That’s followed by a few competency tests. Which I found quite daunting but again I was put at ease. Over all it’ was good experience.
