Applied via linkedin and got a response within a few days. HR called me and asked screening questions. Then they set up a call with the team I would be interning for, which consisted of 3 people. It was pretty laid back and conversational with the go-to behavioral questions. Overall smooth process.

First an online application with a very brief cover letter. I waited like 2 months and then they reached out to schedule an interview. Then I had an online interview that was very conversational. After I received my offer within one week.
