Interview
Interviews are simple, more importantly is that you know the laws as a level 3 Officer, that you have all the proper equipment for the job and a current level 3 license.
If you are squared away then you won’t have a problem being hired.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Allied Universal (San Angelo, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview was great, conducted by the Security Manager. The overall process was very pleasant and low stress. Most of the questions were open-ended and didn't appear to have a necessarily right or wrong answer. The interviewer just wanted honest opinions and answers. The office was nice, everyone treated me nicely and fairly. The interviewer was pleasant to talk to and we spent a great deal of time talking about common interests and hobbies. Overall the interview was a great success and a good experience.
