I was emailed about a job, I came in for an interview which was very short. I interviewed with the site. Then they gave me a call said I got the job. I went to the new hire class, gave a mouth swab drug test then i was sent the the site the next day for training

No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
