I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allied Universal (San Diego, CA) in July 2016
Interview
Very easy they ask the basic questions. When you go in they give you an application even if you applied online they also ask you to describe in detail what you saw when you came in. After that I waited about 20 mins then had a small interview then had to do a test and evaluation on the computer to see where they wanted to put me, the next day got a call to come in for another interview with ed ranquil. All he ask when I had my interview was what days I could work what location area I perfer with a week after that started my job
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.
I applied online. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Dallas, TX)
Interview
No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
