Basic interview questions, account manager does the interviews, sometimes a ops manager will be there with him. Quick and easy overall experience, very laid back and pleasant attitude of interviewers.

They ask if you know anything about Allied Universal as a company, so do a little research. Other than that its the typical entry level questions.
Why do you want to get into security, why do you think youll be a good fit here and so on...
Very thorough scenario based questions and a good overview of the demands of the job were specified. Two step interview process with another orientation and background checking needed to pass.

Interview
Interview was simple, asked the basic questions. I provided them with my resume, my avaliability and etc. I did a drug test, provided HR with my certifications and completed hiring paperwork with the same week. Got an offer but declined due to finding a job elsewhere.
