I had a overall good experience in the interview process with my current operations manager.
I was given 1 raise 50 above minimum wage then forgot about as my operation manager got more flex officer less hours then was solo on getting work from contacting post commanders not my operation manager

Easy interview process background check is required before officially being hired on came during open interview people were nice and helpful for hired on spot started security guard license class the very next week

Interview
Showed up on time, breathing and passed a background check. Was willing to work one of the available openings even though they promised to notify about an alleged “upcoming” opening.
Pre interview... 3 questions online... After submission of the questions they didn't get back to me just yet it's been about a month now but in the portal it still says under review
