Interview
Video interview where they ask you various questions and you respond by recording a video of yourself. Make sure you are dressed up nice. They look and listen to everything. Then it is followed up by a phone interview. Then the process of waiting for a week for the background check to clear before the complete the onboarding process. There you will take a drug test and take various tests to obtain your guard card. They will issue you a temporary one. So come prepared.

It was super laid back yet professional. I distincly remember the question, "Tell me 10 ways that you would use a pencil."
